ZORA’s 72% dark chocolate bar with cocoa beans from ABOCFA Cooperative in Suhum, Ghana allows us a window into the Amelonado variety of cocoa. Immediately I get a rich, cocoa aroma and a tinge of caramel sweetness. As I taste the chocolate, I go on this nostalgic chocolatey journey.
